Equality Networks

Welcome to the Equality section. Campaigning for equality and fighting discrimination at work are among the union's key objectives. PCS also strives to make our services available to all members and to actively involve members of under-represented groups in the activities of the union though our committee structure and networks.

Below is the MoJ Group equality library which contains all documents which relate to equality, such as documents on family friendly policies, part-time working and race equality. The library can be searched using key words. Through these pages you can also read about the PCS MoJ Group equality networks: Black Members Network, Lesbian Gay Bisexual and Transsexual Network (LGBT) and the Disability Network. To register for the networks click on "edit your preferences" in the top right hand corner of the page and you will receive email alerts about your area of interest.
